In September 2021, the company was included in the Register of Real Estate Intermediaries of the Ministry of Economics of the Republic of Latvia, and its agents were included in the Latvian Real Estate Association (LANIDA). Since January 2022, the company is a member of the Latvian Chamber of Commerce and Industry (LCCI).
